FILM: 3-DAY FILMMAKING CHALLENGE

Age Group: Teens/Seniors (Grades 7-12)
Class Size: 10 max

Ready to make your own short film?

In this exciting three-day filmmaking workshop, students will take on the challenge of creating a short film from concept to screen. Guided by filmmaker Aarushi Chowdhury, students will work in small teams to develop an original story and bring it to life through the filmmaking process.

With more time to explore storytelling, students will dive deeper into story development, scriptwriting, directing and filming, learning how filmmakers shape ideas into compelling visual stories. Along the way they’ll collaborate with their team, experiment with different creative roles, and gain insight into how professional productions come together.

This workshop is perfect for students who love storytelling, filmmaking or acting, and want to experience the creative process of making a film in a supportive, hands-on studio environment.

By the end of the challenge, each group will have created their own short film, a story they developed, filmed and brought to life together.
